  1. Payment Terms: Payment shall be made against PO .
  2. Transport Charges: Transport charges will be extra.
  3. Order Cancellation: Orders once confirmed will not be changed or canceled.
  4. Security: Customer shall provide 5 Blank Cheques for Security Purpose only
  5. Return Policy: Goods once sold will not be taken back.
  6. Interest on Late Payment: Interest @ 18% p.a. will be charged if payment is not made within the due date.
  7. Risk and Responsibility: Our risk and responsibility cease as soon as the goods leave our premises.
